        首先就面試的考試流程給大家做一個詳細的介紹。筆試成績查詢合格后,考生要在網(wǎng)站上報名參加面試考試。面試考試當天的基本流程是這樣:現(xiàn)在中公資深講師為大家具體說說這幾個環(huán)節(jié)中應(yīng)該注意的事項:第一,在候考室,抽取的試講題目統(tǒng)一是由教育部考試中心研制的面試測評系統(tǒng)提供,考生在電腦上抽取題目,考題由電腦直接打印。實踐證明,很多題目是固定的,重復出現(xiàn)的。第二,備考室里提供一張備課紙,因為20分鐘并不會寫太多的教案內(nèi)容。第三,考場里的20分鐘,分為三個考試環(huán)節(jié)。5分鐘結(jié)構(gòu)化答辯+10分鐘試講+5分鐘試講答辯。其中結(jié)構(gòu)化答辯2道題目,是考官現(xiàn)場讀題。有的地方并不會給思考時間,考官讀完題目就要求考生直接回答。答辯后直接試講,很多老師會在剩余2分鐘時,提示學生考試時間,10分鐘試講時間嚴格要求。針對試講的內(nèi)容,最后5分鐘是自由答辯環(huán)節(jié),考官會針對考生的試講內(nèi)容,進行隨機提問。10分鐘的試講,具有與教師招聘不同的特點和試講策略。第一,試題來源,教師資格的考試題目是由教育部考試中心研制的面試測評系統(tǒng)提供的;第二,試題內(nèi)容,一般是教材的某一節(jié)選,并不是整節(jié)課的內(nèi)容。為了能保證10分鐘的課程容量,教師資格的考題并不是一節(jié)課,往往是課本的一段或幾段,甚至在低年級學段就是一幅或幾幅圖片配以短小的文字。第三,試題考察考生的基本教學素養(yǎng),在高學段注重知識的講解,而低學段更加注重活動和教學理念的設(shè)計。第四,對于不同的學科,不同學段,要把握課程特點和學生實際,能夠體現(xiàn)以學生為主體的理念。更多信息可關(guān)注上海中公教師考試網(wǎng)。
