報(bào)考結(jié)構(gòu)工程師結(jié)構(gòu)工程師一級和二級區(qū)別如下：
1.一級結(jié)構(gòu)工程師的勘察設(shè)計(jì)范圍不受項(xiàng)目規(guī)模及工程復(fù)雜程度的限制。二級結(jié)構(gòu)工程師的勘察設(shè)計(jì)范圍僅限本擔(dān)國家規(guī)定的民用建筑工程三級及以下或工業(yè)小型項(xiàng)目。
2.工民建本科畢業(yè)一年可以報(bào)考一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)師的基礎(chǔ)考試,四年可以報(bào)考一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)師的專業(yè)考試,而且必須在通過基礎(chǔ)考試才有資格參加專業(yè)考試。本科畢業(yè)兩年參加二注結(jié)構(gòu)師考試。注結(jié)構(gòu)師有基礎(chǔ)考試和專業(yè)考試,二級結(jié)構(gòu)師只有專業(yè)考試,沒有基礎(chǔ)考試,成績一次性通過有效,考試一注基礎(chǔ)考試閉卷,一級和二級專業(yè)考試開卷,可以帶規(guī)范和資料。

【執(zhí)業(yè)范圍】
注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師是指取得中華人民共和國注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書和注冊證書，分為一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師和二級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師。
注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師，主要從事結(jié)構(gòu)工程設(shè)計(jì);結(jié)構(gòu)工程設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)咨詢;建筑物、構(gòu)筑物、工程設(shè)施等調(diào)查和鑒定;對本人主持設(shè)計(jì)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行施工指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督;建設(shè)部和國務(wù)院有關(guān)部門規(guī)定的其他業(yè)務(wù)。
一級注冊工程師的勘察設(shè)計(jì)范圍不受項(xiàng)目規(guī)模及工程復(fù)雜程度的限制。二級注冊工程師的勘察設(shè)計(jì)范圍僅限承擔(dān)國家規(guī)定的民用建筑工程三級及以下或工業(yè)小型項(xiàng)目。
【掛靠費(fèi)用及前景】
隨著我國的城市化建設(shè)的繼續(xù)進(jìn)行，結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)的技術(shù)型人才仍然處于需求量非常大的階段。照市場行情，一級結(jié)構(gòu)工程師掛靠價(jià)格大約在18萬~22萬每3年，并緩慢上漲;掛靠證書+掛靠公章價(jià)格大約在22萬~24萬每3年。二級結(jié)構(gòu)工程師掛靠價(jià)格，大約在6萬~8萬每3年，比較穩(wěn)定，掛靠證書+掛靠公章的話，會(huì)多增加1~萬左右。
據(jù)悉，2018年即將公布的新工程設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在各個(gè)專業(yè)的人員配置都有較大的削減，這意味著人數(shù)，特別是想二級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師掛靠原先只能掛靠在乙級資質(zhì)來說是個(gè)不小的挑戰(zhàn)。但新規(guī)會(huì)嚴(yán)格要求各個(gè)工程設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)按照新規(guī)配置人員，這樣一來掛靠需求會(huì)增多。能否抵消新規(guī)的影響，甚至帶來掛靠價(jià)格的提升，大家拭目以待!
對于一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)是來說，作為結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)的最高執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書，其含金量應(yīng)當(dāng)是沉甸甸的。即使部分結(jié)構(gòu)師認(rèn)為該證書的升值太慢，但總的來說一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)師掛靠價(jià)格不菲。部分考證人員還可以進(jìn)一步的拓展個(gè)人職業(yè)空間。
【掛靠問題】
考試其實(shí)有著很大的相似性，不少擁有注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師證書的朋友，同時(shí)也擁有注冊巖土工程師掛靠在外，那么，巖土和結(jié)構(gòu)，這兩個(gè)證書可以同時(shí)掛靠嗎?
注冊巖土工程師屬勘察類，注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師屬設(shè)計(jì)類，乍看似乎屬于不同類別，但大家都知道，注冊類考試的名稱就叫勘察設(shè)計(jì)類考試，雖然分屬不同類別，但是他們的受理部門都是住建部，所以巖土和結(jié)構(gòu)這兩個(gè)證書是不可以同時(shí)掛靠的。
【注冊問題】
據(jù)了解，注冊結(jié)構(gòu)師考試規(guī)定注冊人員不得受聘于二個(gè)以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)單位執(zhí)行業(yè)務(wù)。注冊證書和執(zhí)業(yè)印章是注冊工程師的執(zhí)業(yè)憑證，由注冊工程師本人保管、使用。注冊證書和執(zhí)業(yè)印章的有效期為3年。任何單位不得在未征得注冊師本人同意的情況下，代替保管和使用。隱瞞有關(guān)情況或者提供虛假材料申請注冊的，審批部門不予受理，并給予警告，一年之內(nèi)不得再次申請注冊。
