求職信分為推薦信和自薦信兩種，它是書面表達(dá)的重要體裁之一，也是高考書面表達(dá)的熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。寫求職信可按下列七個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行。第一步：介紹消息來源介紹消息來源實(shí)際上是求職信的開篇交待句，它可使求職信顯得自然、順暢；而不介紹消息來源，會(huì)使收信人感到意外、突然，文章也缺乏過渡、照應(yīng)，本文消息來源可作如下介紹：dear to get this job。第三步：介紹個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷某單位需要新人，求職人也有求職心愿，但這并不意味著這項(xiàng)工作非你莫屬。如果你沒有干好這項(xiàng)工作的經(jīng)歷、實(shí)力，也是難以適應(yīng)的。因此，介紹個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷是必不可少的。本文個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷可介紹如下：now i'd like to introduce myself to you. my name is li ping. i'm 30 years old. i'm 180 cm tall. i'm healthy. i like swimming, singing and dancing in my spare time. i graduated from beijing university in 1994.then,i went to work in nantong middle school.in 1996，i began to work in suzhou middle school and i have worked there until now。第四步：擺出求職優(yōu)勢(shì)僅有一定的工作經(jīng)歷而沒有自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng)，也很難求得稱心如意的工作。因此，求職時(shí)應(yīng)表明自己除了具有一定的工作經(jīng)歷之外，還具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng)，這樣才能穩(wěn)操勝券。本文可通過如下方法擺出自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)：i work hard and i can get along well with others. i'm good at english and especially my spoken english is very good. i've translated many chinese books into english. i can understand japanese and i can talk to foreigners in japanese freely。第五步：提出獲職打算豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng)，只能代表過去和現(xiàn)在的情況，如果獲職后自以為心愿已了，從此高枕無憂，馬虎從事，那也是得不到用人單位認(rèn)可的。顯然表明獲職后努力工作的決心是感動(dòng)用人單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)從而順利謀得此項(xiàng)工作的重要一環(huán)。本文獲職打算可作如下介紹：if translator。第六步：請(qǐng)求答復(fù)聯(lián)系如果單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意了你的求職要求，你必然要請(qǐng)他和你聯(lián)系，以便你及時(shí)做好準(zhǔn)備，到用人單位應(yīng)聘或報(bào)到。為準(zhǔn)確起見，請(qǐng)求答復(fù)聯(lián)系時(shí)你還應(yīng)當(dāng)提供你的通訊地址、郵政編碼、電話號(hào)碼、電子信箱等。本文答復(fù)聯(lián)系的內(nèi)容可作如下介紹：if 3654371.第七步：表明感激之情無論你的請(qǐng)求是否能夠得到滿意的答復(fù)，你給用人單位寫信就是給對(duì)方添了麻煩，因此你應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ奖砻鞲屑ぶ?。本文可這樣來表明感激之情：thank you very much。上述七步內(nèi)容聯(lián)成一個(gè)整體，再加上下面的信尾，就成為一封完整的求職信。yours xiaoguang (dr.)2 特征總結(jié)從上面兩封信可看出，求職信主要包括下列部分：1） 開篇：表明寫信人所申請(qǐng)的職位以及從何處得知此職位空缺；2） 資格：所受何種教育，獲得何種學(xué)位；3） 業(yè)績(jī)：從事過何種工作，目前何處就職，工作能力如何，有哪些成績(jī)等；4） 附件：說明附件的數(shù)量及內(nèi)容；5） 結(jié)尾：提出面試請(qǐng)求，準(zhǔn)確提供便捷的聯(lián)系方式。除此之外，看求職信的人還可能關(guān)注求職者的年齡、性格（主要是與人合作、溝通的能力）、工作習(xí)慣和奮斗目標(biāo)，求職者可視情況提供。寫求職信主要使用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)或現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)，但在介紹工作經(jīng)歷時(shí)要使用一般過去時(shí)或現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)。措辭要誠(chéng)懇、有禮貌，對(duì)自己的能力要表現(xiàn)出適度的信心，不可過分謙虛或顯得自負(fù)。3
