準(zhǔn)確把握招聘信息是成功的開始
求職人員的一般要求包括本科以上學(xué)歷，對(duì)于社會(huì)招聘員工，在英語方面不做特別要求，如果應(yīng)聘者英語水平較高，則更有優(yōu)勢。
對(duì)于校園招聘的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)大學(xué)生，英語方面最少達(dá)到4級(jí)以上，如英語口語能力良好則更具有合優(yōu)勢。每年的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生占招聘計(jì)劃人數(shù)的30%-40%，校園招聘時(shí)主要考查學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，要求踏實(shí)、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，新員工必須先經(jīng)過實(shí)習(xí)。一般應(yīng)屆生入所第一年薪資在3萬-4萬左右，3年達(dá)到5萬，6-7年左右可升項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。社會(huì)招聘則要求有事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或注冊會(huì)計(jì)師資格，或者豐富的企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(比如財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理級(jí)別)。
注冊會(huì)計(jì)師這個(gè)職業(yè)要經(jīng)常與客戶溝通，因此面試時(shí)與考官的良好溝通，互動(dòng)能力也是考查很重要的一個(gè)方面。既要對(duì)針對(duì)性的充分展現(xiàn)自己才能，又要展現(xiàn)一種低高務(wù)實(shí)的處事態(tài)度。所以應(yīng)聘時(shí)建議不要沉默寡言，也不要夸夸其談，因?yàn)檫^分展示自己的才能會(huì)給人以油滑、不可靠的印象。
有些應(yīng)聘者往往把事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)當(dāng)做職業(yè)生涯的一個(gè)過渡，應(yīng)聘事務(wù)所只是當(dāng)個(gè)跳板，沒有長期工作的打算。大多數(shù)工作單位都不會(huì)歡迎跳槽非常頻繁的應(yīng)聘者。適應(yīng)一份工作也需要一個(gè)過程，應(yīng)聘者跳槽頻繁，則難以在一個(gè)單位取得深厚的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累，還會(huì)給人浮躁、不踏實(shí)的印象。
應(yīng)聘攻略：有些應(yīng)聘者不太注重面試的裝束，穿著邋踏，不夠整潔清爽，也會(huì)在面試中分?jǐn)?shù)大打折扣。事務(wù)所通常會(huì)測試每個(gè)應(yīng)聘者的計(jì)算機(jī)水平，要求應(yīng)聘者熟練掌握基本的辦公軟件的使用方法。有些應(yīng)聘者對(duì)office軟件的掌握程度不夠，會(huì)影響今后的工作。某些應(yīng)聘者明確表示不愿意加班或出差，在應(yīng)聘之前，應(yīng)當(dāng)全面衡量自己的綜合情況，明白自己真正適合和喜歡做什么行業(yè)。
努力表現(xiàn)自己最專業(yè)的一面
很多人都認(rèn)為會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所的工作是瑣碎、忙碌的，因此加班加點(diǎn)是家常便飯，但是雷博國際會(huì)計(jì)高級(jí)合伙人、ACCA資深會(huì)員梁德信卻認(rèn)為良好的企業(yè)文化才是關(guān)鍵。他希望能給員工創(chuàng)造一個(gè)好的工作氛圍，希望大家能開心工作，大家的工作和生活能達(dá)到一個(gè)平衡。在雷博，有一個(gè)“9點(diǎn)POLICY”，就是說，員工不能超過晚上9點(diǎn)下班，倘若要超過，必須申請(qǐng)得到梁先生的批準(zhǔn)。
由于目前會(huì)計(jì)師人才缺口很大，但是眾多會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所的發(fā)展卻是乘上了火箭，從雷博在中國內(nèi)地2007年末達(dá)到250人，2008年末400人，2009年末500人的發(fā)展計(jì)劃不難看出，會(huì)計(jì)人才需求量還是相當(dāng)大。
應(yīng)聘攻略：在這里，某些理工科背景的員工業(yè)績甚至比科班出身的還要好。面試的時(shí)候，不要三句不離薪水，太看重薪水會(huì)讓人反感。此外語言表達(dá)也很關(guān)鍵。而且一定要守時(shí)，關(guān)注技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)，關(guān)注與客戶的交往。擁有ACCA、CPA資格的優(yōu)先，所以建議大學(xué)生有條件的話在學(xué)校里就把證都拿了。
誠實(shí)的面試者較受寵
由于目前人才市場中熟悉國際會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則、掌握國際資本市場慣例、精通現(xiàn)代企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及國際化經(jīng)營的財(cái)會(huì)管理人才可謂鳳毛麟角，所以會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所都比較傾向于自己儲(chǔ)備人才，通過培養(yǎng)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生來充實(shí)自己的人才隊(duì)伍。
通常在面試過程中，考官會(huì)針對(duì)應(yīng)聘崗位所相應(yīng)提出的`專業(yè)問題，包括審計(jì)方法與財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí);從了解對(duì)方經(jīng)歷的過程中了解對(duì)方的綜合素質(zhì)，如團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)、反應(yīng)能力、動(dòng)手能力、表達(dá)能力、思考能力，有無怪異癖好與不良嗜好等;并且還會(huì)隨機(jī)提問，了解對(duì)方的誠實(shí)程度、禮貌修養(yǎng)以及個(gè)人對(duì)于職業(yè)生涯的規(guī)劃等。
應(yīng)聘攻略：應(yīng)聘者要誠實(shí)，誠實(shí)，還是誠實(shí)!面試之前應(yīng)做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，對(duì)自己的正確定位、對(duì)擬應(yīng)聘職位的設(shè)想及個(gè)人未來5—10年的發(fā)展規(guī)劃等，均要有較為系統(tǒng)而深入的思考;面試時(shí)衣著得體，最好著職業(yè)裝，精神面貌俱佳，態(tài)度謙和、舉止大方文雅、注意傾聽、反應(yīng)敏捷、口齒清晰、對(duì)答流暢。
一些面試失敗者大多是因?yàn)槊嬖嚽暗臏?zhǔn)備尚不充分，對(duì)未來缺少明確的規(guī)劃;專業(yè)水平和所應(yīng)聘的職務(wù)要求不符，又不肯做相應(yīng)的調(diào)整;巧言令色，夸夸其談，不夠誠實(shí);慵懶古怪，不適合團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的工作特點(diǎn);不注意個(gè)人形象與行為舉止;身體欠佳，無法適應(yīng)艱苦勞累的外勤工作，因此應(yīng)聘者要特別注意以上幾點(diǎn)。
看重專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷和鑒定
目前北京和上海地區(qū)對(duì)各級(jí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、助理都有空缺職位，社會(huì)招聘人員在持有執(zhí)業(yè)資格的同時(shí)，有事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或持有多種執(zhí)業(yè)資格和多種業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)業(yè)者優(yōu)先;非執(zhí)業(yè)人員有事務(wù)所相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先，或有豐富的企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而校園招聘主要考查學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，包括專業(yè)知識(shí)、工作能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、表達(dá)溝通能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力等方面綜合考評(píng)。

After a semester of study on the financial accounting in English, I’d like to share my learning experiences of this course .we can learn six accounting elements of business accounting from this course in English, they are assets, liabilities, owner’s equity, revenue, expense and profit, and also include financial statements and analysis. At the beginning of the book we can find the introduction of the double-entry bookkeeping and accounts set up, which fill out the gap between the basic accounting and financial processing.
This course, namely financial accounting in English, is a course that helps us to apply the accounting knowledge we have learned to international business successfully. Financial accounting in English which is a tool for our accounting work and also a sample of our ability. I think, it is a must quality for eligible accounting personnel to master the course.
After the study of this book, we can not only grasp the operating capacity to deal with accounting problems in English, but also learn and consolidate knowledge of English we have been learned. Further more I recognize that the accounting study can not be merely on the theory of
teaching in Chinese. This course, which teaches financial accounting in English expanding the scope of knowledge, enables us to be capable for any work of financial accounting in the foreign companies after graduation. In a word, the course will do a lot of help to our work in the future.
