你如果是說要去上廁所，可以說wash (my) hands比如問別人廁所在哪里可以說Where can I wash my hands?或者May I know where is the rest/wash room?如果你說“學名”，我記得應該是urinate（小便，動詞，名詞為urine）和excrete（排泄，動詞）糞便的名詞是excrement
