        醫(yī)生面試常見問題及答案 面試是目前絕大部分公司招聘人才的一種方式,它主要分為兩種不同的形式:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化面試和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化面試。所謂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化面試就是在面試之前,必須安排好面試的內(nèi)容。面試的過程結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)密,主次分明,并且有一套固定的談話模式。非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化面試就是所提出的問題,以及面試時(shí)所采用的方式方法,都是由主試人自由決定的。面試的過程在結(jié)構(gòu)上比較松散,層次交錯(cuò),氣氛活躍,沒有固定的模式,整個(gè)談話富有彈性,所提出的問題具有很大的偶然性,涉及的范圍比較廣。這種面試,雙方不僅交換了意見,也交流了感情。但是不論哪種方式的面試,目的都是一樣的:檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)聘者是否符合職位的要求。而作為應(yīng)聘者目的也只有一個(gè),那就是展示自己的才華,能力,向主試者證明你是合適人選。   英語面試時(shí),很多應(yīng)答技巧其實(shí)和中文面試時(shí)并無二致,但往往因?yàn)檎Z言不熟練和過度緊張,使得應(yīng)聘者表現(xiàn)失常,這里我們總結(jié)了10個(gè)英語面試中的最常出現(xiàn)的問題,提前準(zhǔn)備準(zhǔn)備吧。 【問】Please introduce yourself.(自我介紹)   面試者常常以這樣的問題開始。記住,這不是英語課上的self-introduction,面試官們想要聽到的不是你的個(gè)人生活,而是你的工作技巧。因此,不要說一些無意義的話,"I was born in Taipei," "I like to play computer games," 或是 "I have two brothers." 告訴面試官們有關(guān)你職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展,或是你從過去的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)中學(xué)到的東西。 【問】Do you have any actual work experience?(你有實(shí)際的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)嗎?)   如果尚未開始工作,就可以回答“Right now I'm still a student.”(現(xiàn)在我還是個(gè)學(xué)生。)或者說“I'm a recent grad and I haven't started working yet.”(我剛剛畢業(yè),還沒有開始工作。)“recent grad”是“recent graduate”的縮寫,意思是剛剛畢業(yè)。如果你有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),哪怕僅僅是學(xué)生時(shí)代的part-time job,也不要謙虛,大膽講出來。比起沒有任何經(jīng)驗(yàn)的green hand,用人單位自然是更喜歡experienced person。 【問】What is your greatest weakness?(你最大的缺點(diǎn)是什么?)   西方老板特別愛問這個(gè)問題,讓面試者感到很緊張。事實(shí)上,他問這個(gè)問題是看你對(duì)棘手問題的反應(yīng)。你沒必要如實(shí)回答你的.弱點(diǎn),因?yàn)槟怯锌赡茏屇愕貌坏竭@份工作。所以,要么你告訴他們一些與工作不直接相關(guān)的弱點(diǎn),但更加聰明的做法是“明貶實(shí)褒”,繼續(xù)推銷你自己!不過,切忌只是簡(jiǎn)單的羅列,如:"I'm really organized, punctual and get along well with others.",一定要給出具體的例子,"For example …" 并解釋你在之前的工作中是如何運(yùn)用此特長的。 【問】Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?(你為什么覺得自己能勝任這份工作?)   這時(shí)候你要充分發(fā)揮你的“自夸”本領(lǐng)。你可以講述一些簡(jiǎn)歷資料里面沒有包括的技能;或者是再詳細(xì)強(qiáng)調(diào)一下你的特長。而通過這個(gè)問題,雇主們更想知道你能帶給公司什么。因此,不要以"Umm," "I don't know," "It seemed like a good career move," 或是 "I haven't been able to find anything else interesting." 來回答他們,而是要讓他們了解你很清楚公司的運(yùn)營模式以及你對(duì)此工作非常有積極性。 【問】Why did you leave your last job? (你為什么辭掉了之前的一份工作?)   可能你上一份工作非常的糟糕,但是面試并不是談?wù)撨@個(gè)問題的合適的場(chǎng)合。就算是真的,也不要對(duì)你現(xiàn)有的或是過去的雇主或是同事進(jìn)行負(fù)面還是武斷的評(píng)論:"I didn't agree with the company's direction," "I got no recognition for my work," "My boss was totally unreasonable." 象這樣的評(píng)論會(huì)讓你聽起來不可理喻。 【問】What kind of salary did you have in mind?(你希望拿多少薪水?)   是不是覺得這個(gè)問題挺棘手的?如果你不好意思提出要求,或者想給雇主一個(gè)比較謙虛的印象,你可以說Money is important, but the challenge as well as the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.(薪水固然重要,但這工作伴隨而來的挑戰(zhàn)和責(zé)任更吸引我。)當(dāng)然,你也可以用較調(diào)侃地語氣暗示你未來的老板,你希望薪水不要太低,To be frank and open with you, I like this job, but I have a family to support.(坦白地說,我喜歡這份工作,不過我必須要負(fù)擔(dān)我的家庭。) 【問】If hired, when could you start work? (如果雇傭的話,你什么時(shí)候開始工作?)   回答這個(gè)問題時(shí)。一定要注意!不要說我馬上可以工作。那會(huì)讓對(duì)方認(rèn)為你非常迫切地需要這份工作。一個(gè)非常保險(xiǎn)的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”(我下月初可以開始上班。) 【問】Do you have any questions for me? (你有什么問題要問的嗎?)   面試官通常以此問題結(jié)束面試。詢問具體的問題以顯示你非常了解該公司,但卻希望了解更多的內(nèi)容。不要問那些你早就該知道答案的問題,例如,"What does your company do?" 或是"Could you tell me your name again?" 此外,不要問薪水或是和假期相關(guān)的問題:"When do you give raises?" "How much vacation time can I expect?" 在聽到了他們告訴你,"We'd like to offer you the job."才去問此類的問題。 這里還有幾個(gè)最簡(jiǎn)單的要訣,說不定對(duì)你的臨場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)有幫助。  ★ 多用動(dòng)詞和簡(jiǎn)單的短句。短句除了可以直接、清楚地表達(dá)自己的想法,也會(huì)讓面試官覺得,你是個(gè)有行動(dòng)力、做事明確的人。  ★ 避免非正式用詞,并注意禮節(jié)。 最好不要使用像“you guys”這樣的非正式的字眼,讓面試官覺得不夠穩(wěn)重。另外,除非主考官請(qǐng)你直呼其名,例如“You can call me John”,否則還是應(yīng)該尊稱對(duì)方的姓。  ★ 千萬不要為了準(zhǔn)備接下來要講的話,而顯得心不在焉。在英語面試之前,應(yīng)該先準(zhǔn)備好自己要回答的內(nèi)容,面試當(dāng)中,才能專注聆聽主考官講的話,而不是在心里盤算下一句該講什么,讓面試官覺得你看起來沒有自信或準(zhǔn)備不足。 ;

        英語面試常見問題及回答參考   我們?cè)诿嬖嚨臅r(shí)候,面試官一定會(huì)問一些問題的,那么這時(shí)候你就需要做好一些面試準(zhǔn)備了,下面內(nèi)容由我為大家?guī)淼挠⒄Z面試常見問題及回答參考,歡迎大家學(xué)習(xí)!   (1) 預(yù)測(cè)問題。這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不但能幫助你克服聽力困難, 而且能緩解你在面試時(shí)候的緊張情緒。想象一下, 如果總是Pardon, Excuse me, 你怎么可能鎮(zhèn)定自若?   (2) 書寫答案。英語8級(jí)的牛人也會(huì)在英文面試時(shí)出現(xiàn)邏輯不清的情況, 因?yàn)榱骼途袟l絕對(duì)不是同義詞。筆者的親身體會(huì)是, 越是英語流利的牛人, 越容易在面試的時(shí)候廢話連篇, 邏輯混亂。   (3) 背誦答案。背誦三遍以內(nèi)是結(jié)巴, 背誦十遍以內(nèi)是流利的背誦, 而背誦二三十遍以上就不再是背誦, 而是滔滔不絕的自由表達(dá)!   (4) 若有所思。面試的時(shí)候, 在流利做答之前, 別忘了做思索狀, 再加上個(gè)well, let me see……   衡量一個(gè)回答是否精彩, 只有一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn): 這個(gè)回答中, 體現(xiàn)了申請(qǐng)人的什么特征?這些特征是優(yōu)點(diǎn)還是缺點(diǎn)?如果是優(yōu)點(diǎn), 是否剛好適合所申請(qǐng)職位的優(yōu)點(diǎn)?   一、 Personal Information 關(guān)于個(gè)人信息的問題   1. What’s the meaning of your English name? 你的英文名字有什么含義么?   問題分析: 有些申請(qǐng)人的英文名字不合常規(guī), 比如叫King, 或者Sushi, 或者M(jìn)onk等等。面試官詢問這些申請(qǐng)人名字的含義, 主要有幾個(gè)目的: 第一, 緩解面試的緊張氣氛; 第二, 面試官也有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)好奇心; 第三, 給申請(qǐng)人一個(gè)展示自己獨(dú)特個(gè)性的機(jī)會(huì), 因?yàn)楦矣诮o自己起獨(dú)特名字的人往往具有很獨(dú)特的個(gè)性, 這些人希望引起別人的注意。   普通回答: Actually, Sushi is my nickname. My friends gave me this name because I like to eat the Japanese food sushi.   點(diǎn)評(píng): 這個(gè)回答體現(xiàn)出你是個(gè)什么樣的人呢?在中國吃壽司價(jià)格不菲, 如果吃壽司吃到了朋友給你起了“壽司”這個(gè)外號(hào)的地步, 這個(gè)申請(qǐng)人一定不會(huì)是囊中羞澀的人。同志們想一下, 我們?cè)诿嬖嚨臅r(shí)候, 是把自己偽裝成“艱苦樸素”, 還是“錦衣玉食”呢?即使現(xiàn)如今壽司已經(jīng)跌價(jià)到人盡可食的地步, 你這個(gè)回答也只是在告訴面試官: 嘿, 我可是個(gè)好吃的人啊!比較一下以下的這個(gè)回答, 你就知道哪個(gè)更勝一籌了。   回答示范1: As a matter of fact, Sushi is a nickname my friends gave me, because I like sushi and like to make sushi. I can make about ten different kinds of sushi! My friends say that my personality is a bit like sushi, simple but good, hehe.   點(diǎn)評(píng)1: 與剛才的回答相比, 這個(gè)回答體現(xiàn)出你是個(gè)什么樣的人呢?一個(gè)擅長制作壽司的女孩子一定是動(dòng)手能力比較強(qiáng)的, 而且喜歡做一些瑣碎小事的人。同時(shí), 把壽司的優(yōu)點(diǎn)引申成自己的個(gè)性優(yōu)點(diǎn): 簡(jiǎn)單而美好, 真是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的比喻。   回答示范2: The name King may sound a bit aggressive, I hope it won’t make you feel uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, I chose the name King simply because it sounds like my Chinese name Jing. But, there is also a hidden meaning in it, that is, I wish to conquer diseases like a King!   點(diǎn)評(píng)2: 如果你給自己起了一個(gè)類似“國王”這樣比較aggressive的名字, 就得想好怎么樣解釋才能讓面試官知道你并不是一個(gè)過分aggressive的人。這個(gè)回答體現(xiàn)了該申請(qǐng)人熱愛自己醫(yī)生職業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。   回答示范3: My given name in Chinese is Meng, so I chose Monk to be my English name. I admire the spirit of monks, you know, abstinence and tolerance.   點(diǎn)評(píng)3: 回答得妙呀, 不僅僅真實(shí), 而且展現(xiàn)了自己的獨(dú)特個(gè)性, 告訴面試官自己身上有和尚般的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì): 克制欲望、 容忍。面試官只要不想嫁給你, 就一定會(huì)喜歡這樣的回答。   2. What’s the meaning of your email address? 你的電子郵件地址有什么寓意么?   問題分析: 當(dāng)代青年男女個(gè)性張揚(yáng), 所以連email地址也頗為獨(dú)特。令筆者或迷惑或微笑的email 地址有很多, 比如neverlazy, bighead, lazyfish, 52n52n, yulovehong等等。與上一個(gè)問題一樣, 善于交流的面試官往往樂于給你一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)展示自己的個(gè)性。   較差回答: Lazyfish? Oh, I admire the goldfish for living an easy life. Compared to goldfish, human beings live a fast-paced life. So I chose this email address to make me feel a bit relaxed.   點(diǎn)評(píng): 個(gè)性傾向于過慵懶的生活, 唉!   較差回答: 52n52n? oh, it means “I love you, I love you,” because 5 sounds like “I” in Chinese, and 2 for “l(fā)ove”, n for “you”. I registered this address to please my girlfriend, hehe.   點(diǎn)評(píng): 公開示愛?嘖嘖, 除了他的女朋友會(huì)覺得甜蜜蜜, 別的人一律會(huì)露出特虛偽的笑容或胃里泛酸。唉!   回答示范: Neverlazy? Oh, I want to encourage myself never to be lazy! You know I am a hardworking person. So, it’s my slogan!   點(diǎn)評(píng): 在email地址中都要給自己勵(lì)志的女子, 一定是個(gè)超級(jí)工作狂, 好呀! (這名女子如愿進(jìn)入了寶潔公司的CBD部門。)   3. Where are you from? Where is your hometown? 你是哪里人?家鄉(xiāng)在什么地方?   問題分析: 很多老外在中國工作居住多年, 甚至自詡為中國通, 他們可能會(huì)順便問問你是哪里人, 拉近和你的距離。   回答示范1: I was born and raised in the city of Wuhan. As far as I know, our company has a branch office near Hanzheng Street, and it’s quite a big office.   點(diǎn)評(píng)1: 這個(gè)回答說出了該公司在武漢的地址, 展示了一下自己提前所做的功課。   回答示范2: Well, my hometown is a small town which you probably have never heard of. The name of the town is Dehui, which means “good moral” in Chinese. The town is located in the middle of China’s Northeast. When you look at the map, it looks like the eye of the rooster. You know, China looks like a rooster on the map, and the Northeast region looks just like the head of the rooster. My hometown “Good Moral Town” is unknown to most people because it’s quite poor. The average income for a family is less than one thousand RMB per month.   點(diǎn)評(píng)2: 絕妙的回答!一方面生動(dòng)地告訴外國面試官, 你的家鄉(xiāng)是東北這個(gè)雞頭上眼睛部位的一個(gè)小縣城, 另一方面, 讓他知道你家鄉(xiāng)的人們平均一個(gè)月才不到1,000元的收入, 令日入斗金的老外頗為欷覷。讓他欷覷了, 你就被記住了。被記住, 是被錄取的前提。   二、 Education 關(guān)于教育背景的問題   4. Why did you select your major area of study? 你為什么選擇了這個(gè)專業(yè)?   問題分析: 外國面試官更喜歡提“為什么”的問題, 他希望申請(qǐng)人是一個(gè)有主見的人。   回答示范1: I was quite good at mathematics and physics back in high school so I chose a related major, Telecommunications. I also applied for the major of computer science. You know, these two majors are the hottest these years.   點(diǎn)評(píng)1: 實(shí)話實(shí)說。   回答示范2: As a matter of fact, I didn’t select the major of Geography Education at all, because I have never wanted to be a teacher. I had chosen Business Administration, Economics and Logistics Management when I applied to Zhongshan University, but unfortunately I failed to get into these hottest majors. The score I got on the College Entrance Examination was about ten points less than the minimum requirement. The school allocated me to a cold major, Geography Education, hehe. Luckily, I could select a second focus. I chose Public Relations Management to be my minor area of study. What was that saying? “When God closes the door, he opens a window.” Hehe.   點(diǎn)評(píng)2: 這個(gè)回答似乎很長, 但是卻不得不這么長。這是一個(gè)典型的中國特色, 如果你的分?jǐn)?shù)夠不上第一志愿, 學(xué)校就把你打入某一個(gè)“冷宮”專業(yè)去, 而你為了進(jìn)入這所一流的大學(xué)不得不屈服。這種怪現(xiàn)象制造出很多感覺自己比竇娥還冤的“冤男怨女”, 學(xué)著“地理教育”卻痛恨從事教師職業(yè), 學(xué)著“國際政治”卻連國際新聞都懶得看!這個(gè)回答的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于: 第一, 向外國面試官普及了一下中國特色; 第二, 強(qiáng)調(diào)了自己對(duì)商業(yè)和管理一貫的熱誠; 第三, 告訴對(duì)方其實(shí)自己高考只差10分才沒進(jìn)去最熱門的專業(yè); 第四, 自己是個(gè)不輕言放棄的人, 主修學(xué)不成用輔修來彌補(bǔ); 第五, 把上帝拉進(jìn)來, 顯出你的幽默。   回答示范3: I selected Business English as I was quite good at English back in high school. Apart from this, my high school teachers recommended that I select a major related to business, since I showed some good qualities for business management at a young age. So, I chose this major, business plus English, two in one, hehe.   點(diǎn)評(píng)3: 這個(gè)回答強(qiáng)調(diào)了自己的兩大優(yōu)點(diǎn): 第一, 英語好; 第二, 早在高中就已經(jīng)是老師心目中適合從商的人。自夸而不著痕跡, 實(shí)在是高哇!   5. What subjects were your favorite? Why? 你最喜歡的課程是什么, 為什么?   問題分析: 與中國面試官一樣, 對(duì)于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生, 外國面試官經(jīng)常問問有關(guān)學(xué)業(yè)方面的問題。面試官喜歡的申請(qǐng)人, 是對(duì)自己專業(yè)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析得頭頭是道的'人。   回答示范1: I liked Marketing Principles and Sales Management because the two courses provided us with the most up-to-date information on marketing and sales, including the origin and development of some famous brands, Pepsi, Nestle, and the local brands, Lining, Wang-lao-ji and so on. I felt that I already stepped into the business world when studying these courses. They were fantastic!   點(diǎn)評(píng)1: 喜歡的專業(yè)和自己申請(qǐng)的職業(yè)有緊密關(guān)聯(lián), 而且提到知名品牌的名字, 很容易使人產(chǎn)生共鳴。   回答示范2: I like the subjects that include lots of experiments, for example, CAD and Circuit Design. I found that I can learn more quickly by doing experiments than only studying the theories. I guess it’s partly because I am good with my hands, and doing experiments gives me a chance to learn in a creative way.   點(diǎn)評(píng)2: 利用課程說到自己“善于動(dòng)手”和“有創(chuàng)造力”的優(yōu)點(diǎn), 不錯(cuò)。   回答示范3: My favorite courses are mostly in my minor area of study, Public Relations, as my major Geography Education is not really my interest. I like the courses of PR Crisis, Corporate Image and Media Relations not only because their content is interesting and useful, but also because they are taught in a very interactive way. Most teachers have an overseas MBA degree so they taught us as MBA students. It’s really cool, you know, we usually did the case studies on our own first, and then presented our opinions in front of the whole class. I loved those subjects!   點(diǎn)評(píng): 的確有很多同學(xué)并不喜歡自己的主修課程, 那么, 請(qǐng)像這位同學(xué)一樣, 告訴面試官你真正的興趣在哪里。   6. What subjects were your least favorite? Why? 你最不喜歡的課程是什么?為什么?   問題分析: 外國面試官往往更加辨證, 在問完成功經(jīng)歷后一定要追問失敗經(jīng)歷, 問完喜歡什么科目之后也要問問不喜歡什么科目。   回答示范1: My least favorite courses include Marxism and Revolutionary History of China. I don’t like these subjects not because I am not a patriot─actually I love my country and I am fascinated by its revolutionary history. However, these subjects turned out to be disappointments as the textbooks and the ways they were taught were nothing but a repetition of the history subjects in our secondary school.   點(diǎn)評(píng)1: 在和老外面試的時(shí)候, 要注意文化差異, 他可能很難理解中國學(xué)生為什么不喜歡學(xué)“馬哲”和“中國革命史”, 所以你需要解釋一下, 這并非是我們不愛國, 而是這兩門課程幾十年如一日的老面孔, 學(xué)生在高中就已經(jīng)學(xué)過, 老師也不愿意對(duì)教學(xué)法進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新。   回答示范2: I found Macroeconomics and Microeconomics disappointing as well, for the reason that their information fell behind the times. For example, the exchange rate between RMB and USD stilled remained 8.3 : 1 in the text! You can imagine how disappointed we were. So I spent more time listening to the lectures on economics organized by the Student Union.   點(diǎn)評(píng)2: 這個(gè)答案相比而言更好一些, 因?yàn)樗w現(xiàn)出了申請(qǐng)人對(duì)知識(shí)的渴望, 以及在課堂上得不到知識(shí)時(shí)如何去自我進(jìn)修。   7. Other than the courses you studied, what is the most important thing you learned from your college experience? 除了學(xué)習(xí)方面, 你在大學(xué)里面最大的收獲是什么?   問題分析: 外國面試官的思維往往非常直接, 他堅(jiān)持認(rèn)為, 只有在大學(xué)里面有巨大收獲的人, 才能在工作崗位上取得巨大收獲。所以說, 千萬不要天真地說: 我在大學(xué)里學(xué)會(huì)了自理, 學(xué)會(huì)了安排自己的生活!暈, 這是baby的成就, 絕對(duì)不能拿到大學(xué)里面來說了!   回答示范1: Well, I think the most important thing I have learnt in university is how to set appropriate goals and see them through. You know it is so easy for university students to waste time if they don’t set goals, so I set demanding goals to motivate myself. One is that I decided to get scholarships each year, the other one is that I decided to be the leader of a club on campus. Neither was easy, but in more than three years, I managed to achieve both. (點(diǎn)評(píng): 面試官一定會(huì)追問你是怎么實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)目標(biāo)的。) Getting scholarship wasn’t quite difficult for me. Running for Presidency of a club, however, was more difficult than I expected as there was so much competition. To achieve the goal I changed my strategy. I transferred from the Student Union to a newly-founded union. And within 6 months, I acquired more than 20 members and organized a few eye-catching activities. As a result, I became the leader of that club. I think I’ve learnt not only to set a demanding goal, but also how to overcome all the difficulties to achieve it.   點(diǎn)評(píng)1: 這是一個(gè)很漂亮的回答, 體現(xiàn)了自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn): 既能夠給自己設(shè)立比較高的目標(biāo), 也擅長克服困難, 實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的目標(biāo)。面試官最喜歡的人選, 就是這種“目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向型”的申請(qǐng)人。   回答示范2: My biggest achievement in my college life, I think, is that I have learnt to make choices. You know, there are various activities and part time jobs on campus, each sounds attractive. I’ve carefully chosen some of them which can help to achieve my long term career goal. I have said “no” to lots of invitations, like the dancing contests each year. I only participated in one of them and decided that rehearsals occupy too much time. In my opinion, nothing is more important than making the right choice.   點(diǎn)評(píng)2: 這個(gè)回答符合我們一貫強(qiáng)調(diào)的“個(gè)性化”和“夸贊自己”兩個(gè)原則。   8. How did you finance your college education? 你大學(xué)的費(fèi)用是怎么樣支付的?(家里供還是自己打工?)   問題分析: 很顯然, 和中國面試官相比, 老外更加青睞在大學(xué)就有賺錢能力的候選人, 并堅(jiān)持認(rèn)為他們的獨(dú)立性和能力比完全依賴父母的候選人要強(qiáng)得多。   回答示范: So far, my tuition and living expense are around 40,000 RMB. My parents offer two thirds of it and I pay the rest of it. I have been granted scholarship three times, making 5,000 RMB in total. Teaching and other part-time jobs made another 5,000.   點(diǎn)評(píng): 很真實(shí)的回答, 同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了自己的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)好和社團(tuán)活動(dòng)很積極的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 ;
