二、用法不同
bias
bias的基本意思是指由于普遍的成見而再看人和事時(shí)采取不公正的、不審慎的、缺乏理性的態(tài)度，既可以用于惡感即“偏見”和“成見”，也可用于好感即“偏愛”和“癖好”，還可以用于表示“傾向”或“趨勢(shì)”。
bias在用于惡感即“偏見”和“成見”時(shí)可接介詞against或in favour of, towards;用于好感即“偏愛”和“癖好”時(shí)可接介詞for或in favour of, towards。
bias雖以-s結(jié)尾，但卻是可數(shù)名詞單數(shù)形式，常與不定冠詞連用。注意在be free from bias,without bias,no bias等短語中，bias前不用不定冠詞。
bias用作動(dòng)詞的意思是“使傾向于”,只用作及物動(dòng)詞,常用于被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。
