英語日期的表達方法
在日期方面，美英的表達方式是有差別的。以日為先，月份為后，此為英國式，美國式則與此相反。
如二零零九年三月二日的寫法：March 2, 2009（美），2nd March 2009（英）。
在美式的寫法中，1st， 2nd， 3rd的st， nd， rd是不使用的。由于日期書面表達不同，讀法也不一樣。如1987年4月20日，英式的寫法是20th April 1987，讀成the twentieth of April， nineteen eighty-seven；
美式的表達是April 20,1987，則讀成April the twentieth， nineteen eighty-seven。同樣，全部用數(shù)字表達日期時，英美也有差別。
