MBA面試也像其他許多事情一樣，取得成功也依靠某種恰當?shù)姆椒ê图记?。你不可能在短時間內(nèi)使自己脫胎換骨，但你完全可能在短時間內(nèi)給別人不同的印象。MBA面試有許多原則和技巧，最主要的有以下五條：
一、放松自己，不但是更好地回答面試官問題的需要，而且面試中的氣質(zhì)或印象分，在你沒有開口說話之前，就開始形成，并影響面試給你的最終分數(shù)。
二、由于MBA面試的問題涉及面很寬，有些問題回答不好是很自然的事。所以，不要試圖成功回答所有的提問，面試官也不指望你能回答好這些問題。對于一些不太好回答的問題，重要的不是看你回答問題的內(nèi)容，而是你的反應(yīng)，你分析問題、解決問題的方式、方法。
三、對不太容易回答的問題，可以有幾秒鐘的思考，但思考時間不可太長，面試官希望你有比較快的反應(yīng)。這時你要根據(jù)提問，給出一個明確的是或否的回答，然后論證自己的觀點。很多問題是沒有標準，這時說理清晰，表達流暢，觀點明確，分析透徹就能得高分，面試得高分的關(guān)鍵很多時候不在于回答問題的內(nèi)容，而在于你如何回答。
四、自信是做好一切事情的基本素質(zhì)，MBA面試更是如此。自信是MBA的基本素質(zhì)和特征。有些考生不自信是因為太追求完美的表現(xiàn)，怕面試時出現(xiàn)偏題、怪題使自己失分。這完全沒有必要。因為從本質(zhì)上講，考生不是和面試交鋒，而是和其他考生交鋒，你沒有必要在面試現(xiàn)場征服面試，而只要在面試心中建立對其他考生的比較優(yōu)勢就行了。
五、要從容、放松。如果不能放松自己，心里很緊張的話，就很難有高超的自我表現(xiàn)。機智和才干只能在放松、從容的'前提下才能正常發(fā)揮出來。
