        一、英文招聘廣告的組成

        英文招聘廣告通常有如下此內(nèi)容組成:

        1、招聘單位的名稱(The Name of the Recruiting Unit)

        一般單獨擺在第一行,排版時用粗體字, 以標題的形式出現(xiàn)。如:

        Avon(Shanghai)Company Limited 上海雅芳有限公司

        Amway (China) Daily Necessities Company Limited 美國安利(中國)日用品有限公司

        2、招聘單位的標志(The logotype of the Recruiting Unit)

        一般放在招聘廣告標題的前邊,但有時也可放在標題的后邊。這是因為企業(yè)在招聘人才的同時,還要在讀者心目中樹立起該企業(yè)的形象。

        3、招聘單位的簡介(The Brief Introduction to the Recruiting Unit)

        對企業(yè)進行廣告宣傳,以便讓求職者對企業(yè)有一個基本的了解。如:

        Krupp, one of the top ranking German Industrial groups active in Mechanical Engineering, Plant making, Automotive, Fabrication, Steel and Trading, is now widening its business in the People's Republic of China.

        5、工作的職責(The Job Responsibilities)

        工作的職責是具體說明空缺應擔任的主要任務(wù),以便讓求職者明了自己是否有能力勝任這些工作。例如:

        Responsibilities(工作的職責)

        1)Locating and Appointing high caliber staff(尋找并聘用能力強的職員) 2)Terms and Conditions of employment(制定聘用條件)

        3)Career Planning(制定工作計劃)

        4)Training(培訓員工)

        6、應聘的資格(The Qualification for Application)

        應聘的資格,即應聘的要求,也就是對應聘者在性別、年齡、學歷、經(jīng)驗、特殊才能、個性、居住地等方面提出的具體要求。英語常用Qualification,Requirements,等詞語來表達。 例如:

        Qualification(應聘要求):

        1) Experience working with foreign companies(由在國外公司工作的經(jīng)歷)

        2) Proficient in English and Mandarin(能熟練運用英語和普通話)

        3) Good at developing new business relationships(善于發(fā)展新的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系)

        4) Personal confidence and aggressiveness a must(必須有信心和進取心)

        5) Traveling within China a must(必須在國內(nèi)出差)

        6) Mature, dynamic, honest(思想成熟,精明能干,為人誠實)

        7、提供的待遇(The Remuneration Being Offered)

        在國內(nèi)報刊上刊登的英語招聘廣告,對待遇問題一般都提得比較籠統(tǒng)。例如:

        We offer an attractive salary package, fringe benefits and opportunities for career development.

        我們提供優(yōu)厚的工資、福利和良好的職業(yè)發(fā)展的機會。

        All positions offer highly competitive salaries, medical benefits and bonus. And of course, excellent training and career prospects.

        所有職位都將獲得頗具競爭力的工資、醫(yī)療福利和年度獎金,當然,還有良好的培訓和職業(yè)前景。

        8、應聘的方法(The Ways of Application)

        目前,國內(nèi)的英語招聘廣告絕大多數(shù)采用郵寄信件的方法應聘。因此,要求應聘者郵寄個人簡歷、自傳、畢業(yè)證書和學位證書及身份證復印件、照片等資料,并告知郵寄地址及收件人。如:
