寫作思路：把自己這次月考表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的地方和不足的地方寫下來。
本次月考試卷只有筆試部分共十個題型包括單項選擇，補全單詞連詞成句，閱讀理解，口語運用，句型轉(zhuǎn)換，書面表達(dá)等。既考查了學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識和基本技能，又考查了學(xué)生的交際運用能力，但從學(xué)生成績來看并不能達(dá)到大部分學(xué)生成績優(yōu)秀，結(jié)合學(xué)生的實際情況，反思自己的教學(xué)行為，我想應(yīng)該從以下幾個方面努力：
1、針對單選題及句型轉(zhuǎn)換題中出現(xiàn)的錯誤，我感覺自己對學(xué)生的英語基礎(chǔ)知識把關(guān)不夠嚴(yán)。在以后教學(xué)中要狠抓基礎(chǔ)知識，多提問多聽寫，充分利用早讀讓學(xué)生在有限的早讀時間內(nèi)掌握所學(xué)知識。
2、閱讀理解是學(xué)生英語綜合能力的一種體現(xiàn)，是學(xué)生的弱項。加強英語閱讀方法的指導(dǎo)以及閱讀訓(xùn)練尤其提倡學(xué)生進(jìn)行課外閱讀讓英語閱讀成為一種習(xí)慣對學(xué)生的英語閱讀能力的提高將會有很大的幫助。
3、英語是一門語言，語言是用來交流的工具，因此英語的交際性顯得很重要，在以后的教學(xué)中可以進(jìn)行課前五分鐘自由對話，在運用任務(wù)型教學(xué)法，游戲教學(xué)法等多提供給學(xué)生一些交際英語的機會。
4、這次英語考試成績基本可以，但有兩極分化的趨向，在英語教學(xué)中面對全體學(xué)生關(guān)注每一個學(xué)生的成長尤其是后進(jìn)生是預(yù)防兩極分化的重要途徑，還可以成立“一幫一”小組幫助后進(jìn)生在盡可能短的時間內(nèi)提高英語成績。
總之，每次考試都是對自己教學(xué)工作階段性的“評價”。要及時通過考試反思自己的教學(xué)中存在的問題，在總結(jié)與反思中不斷進(jìn)步，不斷成長這樣才能在三尺講臺上表現(xiàn)的更精彩些。

對自己的反思，檢討如下。由于自己平時貪玩，影響了英語考試成績，耽誤了學(xué)習(xí)。英語月考才57分，但是較比月考，期中成績就有了突飛猛進(jìn)的提高，考了79分，可見還是有前進(jìn)動力和發(fā)展空間的。我總結(jié)導(dǎo)致英語沒考好的主要原因，還是自己太小貪玩不好學(xué)引起的，只要稍加努力，還是會有進(jìn)步的，我會全力以赴的！希望老師諒解，并給予一次改正的機會。

英語反思：

靠持續(xù)不斷的語言知識，而不是玩來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生持久的興趣初中英語教學(xué)是要重視培養(yǎng)興趣，但單靠唱歌游戲不能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生持久的興趣。新鮮勁兒一過，孩子們就會厭倦。所以，唱歌游戲就應(yīng)作為初中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語語言知識、技能的一些手段，而不是培養(yǎng)興趣的手段。
我們能夠采用多種手段幫忙學(xué)生在記憶力強的時期多記單詞，多學(xué)習(xí)語言規(guī)則，并盡可能多創(chuàng)造模仿的機會，提高學(xué)生的語音和語調(diào)。在英語學(xué)習(xí)中，聽、說、讀、寫、譯五種潛力是能夠互補的。真正做到聽說先行，讀寫跟上。
光聽說不讀寫，很難收到高效。只靠模仿不培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)潛力，也難減輕學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)。所以初中學(xué)生還是應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)真進(jìn)行語言學(xué)習(xí)。
