psycho這個在美劇里面經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)。近義詞有 我們常說的 變態(tài)！pervert！瘋子、混蛋 nuts暫時想到這幾個在劇里面聽過的。不像bitch那么俗的。

樓上的回答都對。。psycho較為書面nuts用在口語中較多freak一般指怪胎之類的，語氣較重。。一般都用Are you nuts？意為：你有病吧？/你神經(jīng)了吧？/你是榆木腦袋嗎？/你瘋了吧？
