        同感!要準(zhǔn)確翻譯出來(lái)的確不容易,但問(wèn)題是即使翻譯出正式的名字,老外也不一定懂。比如:蔬菜名(我?guī)缀跽f(shuō)不上來(lái)幾個(gè)),但在中國(guó)吃得到的蔬菜在國(guó)外不一定有,他們也不知道這些名字,聽(tīng)起來(lái)就會(huì)像一些專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)。其實(shí)告訴他們就是本地的蔬菜就可以了,反過(guò)來(lái)可以問(wèn)他們那里是否有類似的蔬菜,順便學(xué)一下怎么說(shuō)。肉類,這個(gè)不用我說(shuō),只要不跟阿拉伯人提pork,不跟印度人提beef,更不要告訴所有西方老外他們吃了dog meat,frog等等就可以了。水產(chǎn)品,老外常吃海魚(yú),根本不知道怎么吃帶小刺的河魚(yú),可以說(shuō)是river fish,fish living in the fresh water。其它的shrimp等他們都認(rèn)識(shí)了。我知道你想知道的是菜肴的名稱,而不僅僅是什么原料。其實(shí)這東西太高深了,他們根本不會(huì)懂,所以根本不需要找正式的名稱,告訴他們主要的烹飪方式就足夠了:fried(炒的,炸的),stewed(煮的,燉的,燒的),baked(烤的),salted(腌的)……別忘了再加上口味:spicy/hot,sweet,salty,sour,bitter ……
