        煎 shallow-fry, 炸 deep-fry, 煮 boil, 炒 stir-fry, 烤 roast; bake, 蒸 steam, 燉 stew, 腌 pickle; marinate 其它的做法一時(shí)想不起來(lái)了,鹵這種做法國(guó)外沒(méi)有或者很少因此沒(méi)有相對(duì)應(yīng)的單詞。
