一、指導思想：
堅持“教書育人，為人師表”的教育宗旨，關心每一位學生的發(fā)展，愛崗敬業(yè)，以身作則。使學生了解英語在當今社會的重要性，增強學生世界觀和人生觀，使學生初步形成健全合格的中的學生，做一個對社會有用的人。
二、學生情況分析：
我所教的本屆七年級新生基礎很差，由于在小學英語課并未受到足夠的重視，學生在寫的技能方面基本上沒有得到過訓練，連音標沒講過，甚至有一半的學生26個字母的拼讀都沒有掌握好。經(jīng)過上學期我和學生的不懈努力，他們的基礎知識得到了加強，學習態(tài)度也有所好轉(zhuǎn)。部分學生有了主動學習的動力，但是整體的惰性還是很強，我要積極主動的幫助他們重新建立學習興趣。
另外，學生在學習策略方面還存在很多需要進一步體會掌握的地方。很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的，沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流；有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識，不愿和其他學生交流，不能共同完成學習任務；大多數(shù)同學不能做好課前預習和課后復習，學習沒有計劃性，完全在老師的指揮棒之下學習，沒能力做到總結(jié)語言規(guī)律和知識的鞏固、積累。這些都是我和學生要長期作戰(zhàn)艱苦努力才能解決的問題。我會慢慢給學生們信心去完成這些任務的，急是沒有用的。讓學生們樂于接受我的教學指導，并找到自成體系的辦法才是解決問題的關鍵。
三、教材分析：
本冊書主要介紹了日常生活的交際用語以及一些西方國家的文化背景和風俗習慣，教材通俗易懂，旨在使七年級學生基本能用英語進行簡單的交流。本冊書由兩部分組成，即預備篇（3個單元）和正式篇（9個單元）。本書除提供語言材料外，還配有大量插圖和原聲錄音磁帶。
四、教學目標：
通過努力，力求每一位學生能開口講英語，能用英語進行簡單的會話。通過努力使大部分學生繼續(xù)保持學英語的興趣。能保持濃厚的學習英語興趣和積極主動參與實踐，以點帶面，力爭達學校教學質(zhì)量的要求。
五、教學措施和方法
措施：
1、培養(yǎng)學習興趣，引導學生掌握正確的學習方法和策略，提高學習效率；
2、發(fā)揮學生主體和教師主導作用：
3、用良好的師生關系，協(xié)調(diào)課堂氣氛，培養(yǎng)學生開口說英語的勇氣和信心；
4、引導學生實現(xiàn)語言的遷移，加強日常生活中英語口語的運用；
5、鼓勵學生自主探索，合用探究，共同提高。
6、加強聽力訓練。
方法：任務型教學：教師提出指令，學生規(guī)范操作。聽說領先，讀寫跟上。綜合訓練，扎實雙基。
