1、B.Duck（小黃鴨）是香港著名產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)公司SemkProductsLtd（森科產(chǎn)品有限公司）旗下主力品牌。B.Duck誕生于2005年，首款推出的產(chǎn)品是B.Duck浴室防水收音機(jī)，造型獨(dú)特的鴨仔防水收音機(jī)在日本及歐洲地區(qū)大受歡迎。
2、G.DUCK（小黃鴨）是溫州小黃鴨品牌運(yùn)營有限公司旗下運(yùn)營品牌，是一家集產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)管理、渠道運(yùn)營于一體的品牌，G.DUCK小黃鴨的形象應(yīng)用在童裝、成人裝、童鞋、母嬰用品、兒童玩具等一系列產(chǎn)品上。

三、LOGO設(shè)計(jì)含義不同
1、B.Duck：英文中的“B”字是英文Bathing，即沐浴的簡(jiǎn)稱，代表著潮流、玩味、創(chuàng)新百變的。
2、G.DUCK小黃鴨LOGO的設(shè)計(jì)理念，主色調(diào)以黃色、橙色為主。黃色，有大自然、陽光、秋天的涵義，而且通常被認(rèn)為是一個(gè)快樂和有希望的色彩；橙色是歡快活潑的熱情色彩，是暖色系中最溫暖的顏色，它使人聯(lián)想到金色的秋天，豐碩的果實(shí)，是一種富足、快樂而幸福的顏色。
